of responsibility" approach which means that our Project Managers are
estimators, schedulers, superintendents, and even marketers. They are responsible for all aspects of a project.
Nothing gets handed off to the next department to potentially fall through
the cracks.
Because our approach is so unique in the industry, we
primarily "home grow" our Project Managers and Senior Management. Our
process has proven so successful that it is not unusual for Project
Managers to manage multi-million dollar jobs after only eighteen months
with the company. In addition, Solutions' career path can ultimately
lead to an Office Principal position where you manage your own office
in another City and share in its profitability as well.

Our hiring standards are very high. We go to great lengths
to seek out the finest, most qualified people in the country. Because
of the incredible responsibility you are given from day one, our standards
have to be high and there can be no exceptions. Our candidates possess
an excellent GPA with an architecture or construction related degree
and preferably, previous construction experience gained through a co-op
or internship program. We look for people who are hard working, professional
leaders that are career focused and will do "whatever it takes to get
the job done" for our clients.
